Our Reebok outlet stores are looking for Retail professionals across the country to join our team as Store Managers, Assistant Managers and Store Associates for our Reebok, Rockport and Greg Norman outlet stores. Levels for the different roles include customer service, management and training of retail associates, maintaining visual displays and managing the loss prevention of inventory.
| Retail Store Manager |
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a retail store that is 10,000-sq. ft. and employs 10-15 associates. In this role, you will maintain a high level of customer service within the store and work in a team environment to bring positive recognition to the Reebok brand. |
| Core Accountabilities: |
Opening and closing of the store.
Assisting in recruitment, training, and development all store associates.
Managing the store on a daily basis in accordance with all-appropriate policies, procedures, and directives.
Maintaining a superior level of customer service.
Executing all sales directives in a timely manner.
Motivating staff and leading by example.
Implementing a high standard of visual merchandising as directed by visual merchandising to maximize the sales and profitability of the store.
Creating an atmosphere that is positive and inviting for both customers and staff.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. |

2-3 years of Retail Management Experience. |

| Retail Assistant Manager |
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of a retail store that is 10,000-sq. ft. and employs 10-25 associates. In this role, you will assist in maintaining a high level of customer service within the store and work in a team environment to bring positive recognition to the Reebok brand. |
| Core Accountabilities: |
Opening and closing of the store.

Ensure that Reebok’s policies, procedures, and directives are upheld.
Maintain a superior level of customer service.
Motivate staff sand lead by example.
Implement a high standard of visual merchandising as directed by visual merchandising and the Store Manager to maximize the sales and profitability of the store.
Creates eye-catching displays to attract attention of customers and persuade them to buy merchandise.
Provide support for the creation of visual displays.
Make necessary business decisions in the absence of Store Manager.
