What is the return policy at all Reebok, Rockport and Greg Norman Outlet Stores?

Reebok stands behind the quality of its product. For purchases made at any Outlet Store location, you may return it to the nearest Reebok, Rockport or Greg Norman Outlet Store location at any time you find our product unsatisfactory. If you present the original sales receipt, we will gladly exchange the product or issue a refund based on the method of payment. If an original receipt does not accompany the return, a merchandise credit will be issued at the lowest selling price of the returned item.

You may return your order with the original receipt at any of the 150 Outlet locations in the United States. Use our store locator to find an outlet location nearest you.

Can you return or exchange merchandise that was purchased through a retailer?
You are encouraged to return the merchandise where originally purchased. Our outlets can only exchange the item(s) for the same or similar product(s). Or offer you a merchandise credit for the current selling price.

How do you return or exchange unsatisfactory merchandise if there is not a Reebok, Rockport or Greg Norman Outlet store near you?
Please contact the outlet store where you purchased the merchandise and ask to speak to a Store Manager. Please explain the nature of your issue with the merchandise you have purchased. The Store Manager will be able to assist you in correcting the issue.

What is the RIL Factory Direct Footwear Search Program?
It is a program that locates Reebok and Rockport shoes in our outlet stores across the United States.

Orders may take up to 15 business days to be shipped to you. Customers are notified within 5 business days if the shoe is Not Available.

I placed a Footwear Search order. Will I be notified when the shoe is shipped to me?
No. Customer will be notified if the shoe is Not Available. If shoe is available, you will be contacted for credit card information. Shoes will arrive within 15 business days.

It has been over 15 business days and I have not received my Footwear Search order. What should I do?
